Crock-Pot White Chicken Chili

what you need
  • 1 lb. Kraft Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 2 cans (15 oz. each Great Northern Beans, undrained
  • 10 oz. chunky salsa
  • 1 lb. cooked chicken, cut in cubes
  • Tortilla chips
make it
Place all ingredients in crock-pot.

Cook on low about 8 hours, or until ingredients have liquefied.

Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
This is a very simple recipe that always gets great reviews! I ALWAYS get asked for the recipe and no one can believe there are just four ingredients! You can double or triple the recipe to feed a crowd. To make it faster, place in large pot on medium-low until done. Best served with tortilla chips.
