what you need
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise (not Cool Whip or salad dressings)
- 1 Tablespoon dry dill weed
- 1 Tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 Tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon Beau Monde seasoning
make it
Combine and let stand for several hours in fridge. Usually 2-4 hours is just fine.
Notes
Prep time takes probably less than 20 min.
This vegetable dip is best if it is refrigerated a day ahead. It allows all the spices and flavors to meld. But it will taste great if made a few hours ahead also. Great tasting dip.
