Dipping Sauce

Makes: 10 servings, 1 1/2 cups Total Time: 30 min

what you need
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup whiskey (favorite brand)
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 each bouillon cubes (beef)
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 small ramekins
make it
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Allow to cool and use as a dipping sauce on grilled meat.
Notes
We use this dipping sauce when serving Chateaubriand (beef tenderloin).
