D's Buttered Spinach

what you need
  • 3 bunches fresh spinach
  • Blue bonnet butter
  • 1 tsp. ground garlic
  • Pinch of salt
make it
Run cold water over spinach rinse thoroughly then set aside.

Next place large frying or sauce pan on an oven burner and add 3 tsp. of butter with 1 tsp. ground garlic to pan. Then turn to med. heat let melt, give a stir.

Then place raw spinach on top of garlic butter. Next, cover with lid 4 min. Then stir and cover another 4 min. Lastly, uncover and add a pinch of salt, stir let sit 2 min and serve.
Notes
Pinch of salt is optional it depends on what butter you use. Great way to get your kid to eat green veggies :)
