what you need
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup peanut butter
- Extra sugar (to roll cookies in)
make it
Mix the three ingredients together.
Roll into balls, then roll in sugar and place on cookie sheet and make criss-cross pattern on top.
Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 8-10 minutes. Let brown only slightly…watch carefully as they tend to burn quickly!!! Enjoy!!
