Easy Burrito Enchiladas

what you need
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tub sour cream
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 bag Kraft Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
make it
Brown ground beef, strain fat. Add sour cream, refried beans, taco seasoning to beef over med-low heat. Mix together until well blended.

Spoon mixture into flour tortillas and roll up like a burrito. Place all in 9x13 pan. Cover burritos with enchilada sauce and top with cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
You can substitute shredded cooked chicken instead of beef and omit the beans.

Optional add-ins: chopped green pepper and onion.
