Easy Chicken Dumplings

what you need
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can (20 oz.) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (20 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1.5 lb. pre-seasoned chicken (boneless breast or thighs)
  • 2 pkg. buttermilk biscuits
  • Pepper to taste
make it
Combine water, cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup into a pot. Cook on medium - high heat, stirring until all lumps are dissolved.

Let ingredients come to a boil and add chicken cubes. Reduce heat to medium-low and let chicken cook covered for 20 minutes.

Uncover and drop biscuits into pot. Give a good stir, cover and cook an additional 15 minutes.
This is a really quick and simple meal to make. I would recommend adding your favorite vegetables to this dish.
