Easy Fresh Peach Cobbler

what you need
  • Fresh picked ripe peaches (enough for 9x13 pan)
  • 1/2 box white cake mix
  • 1 cube butter (1 ounce)
make it
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat 9x13 baking pan with non stick spray. Clean and slice enough peaches to fill about 3/4 of pan.

Sprinkle dry cake mix over peaches (I find about a 1/2 box to be my sweetness level). Cut cube of butter into thin slices and put on top of cobbler.

Bake for 45-55 minutes as needed. I like to put a dollop of Kraft Brand Cool Whip when serving, or serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
You can do this with other fruits and also with pumpkin mix. Prep time depends on the type of fruit you use and how long it takes to clean it, etc.

This recipe is very easy and does not require the making of a crust. Enjoy.
