what you need
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
make it
Preheat oven 350°F. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Pour in a 9x13-inch greased and floured cake pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. For a more fudgy brownie bake until toothpick comes out with crumbs (about 25 minutes), depending on your oven.
Notes
You can frost them with a can of your favorite frosting (milk chocolate if great) or just serve them plain!
