Easy Low Fat Parfait

what you need
  • 4 Tbsp. low fat vanilla yogurt or low fat vanilla custard, divided
  • Chilled sliced strawberries, divided
  • 1/2 cup pralines, divided
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. whipped cream
make it
Using a bowl or a cup, spoon in 1/2 of the yogurt or custard. Add 1/2 of the slices of chilled strawberries on top of the yogurt/custard. Add 1/2 of the two types of nuts. Top with remaining yogurt/custard, topped with remaining strawberries, and a final layer of remaining nuts. Top with whipped cream.
Easy and low fat snack that tastes great and doesn't take any time to make for one person or for more than one person!
