Easy Mexican Chicken Casserole

what you need
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 6-8 chicken breasts, cooked & chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro*Tel
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. chili seasoning
  • 8-12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
make it
Crush tortilla chips & put in 9x13 greased pan. Layer cooked chicken over tortilla chips.

Mix the rest of ingredients (except cheese) & pour over chicken. Layer with more crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
For quicker prep time use a rotisserie chicken
