Easy New England Clam Chowder

what you need
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cans baby clams, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cans New England clam chowder
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 qt Half-and-Half
  • Kraft White Cheddar or Swiss Cheese Shredded

Dump all of the ingredients (except cheese) into a crock-pot; stir to mix.

Cook for 2 hours on high stirring occasionally, or cook on low for 4-6 hours without stirring.

Top each bowl with 1 Tbsp. shredded cheese.
Prep time 5 minutes
Cook time 2 hours

Great for pot luck parties in the winter.

This is a great recipe for kids to make.

Rated  by larabrab3 on 2/5/2008 I made this for our superbowl gathering and everyone loved it! I was unsure since it is really just a bunch of soups mixed up, but it was creamy and tasty and there were enough clams. I will definitely be keeping this recipe!
