Easy Peasy Broccoli Cheesy Soup

what you need
  • 1 can (10.75 oz.) broccoli cheese soup
  • 1 can (10.75 oz.) cream of broccoli soup
  • 1 soup can whipping cream
  • 2 soup cans milk
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
make it
In a 2 quart crock-pot; combine broccoli cheese soup and cream of broccoli soup. Add the whipping cream and milk. Stir until ingredients are well combined.

Add the fresh broccoli florets and onions. Stir until ingredients are combined (the fresh broccoli will float to the top).

Set crock-pot on high, for 4 hours. Stir about every hour. For the last 2 hours, set crock-pot on low, add salt and pepper to taste, and continue to stir every hour.
This is a great weekend recipe! You can make this soup in the morning, let it cook, and have it with a salad or pita pocket for lunch!
