Easy Schnitzel

what you need
  • 2 lbs. boneless pork chops
  • Garlic salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2-3 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • Oil
make it
Take the pork chops and season with the garlic salt and pepper. Then set up three bowls, the first with the flour, the second with the eggs, and the third with the bread crumbs.

Take each pork chop and dip into the flour, eggs, and then the bread crumbs. Make sure the whole pork chop is covered.

Then fry over low heat until each side is golden brown.
Notes
Schnitzel is very good if served with lemon juice.
