Easy Stuffed Chicken Parmesan

what you need
  • 4 to 6 thick boneless chicken breast halves
  • 4 cups liquid chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 block (8 oz.) Kraft Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 cups Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1 jar (14 oz.) Prego spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Kraft Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a 2 qt. sauce pan, boil chicken and stock until chicken is tender. Add 2 pinches of salt and one pinch of pepper to boiling chicken.

While chicken is boiling, use cheese slicer to slice cheese evenly long-ways. Place bread crumbs in bowl or on a plate. Spray glass baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spread a small amount of spaghetti sauce a thin layer in the bottom of pan.

After chicken is thoroughly cooked, drain and let cool. Slice each breast in half leaving one side intact folder style. Open carefully and place a slice of mozzarella inside chicken. Holding it together, roll chicken with cheese inserted in bread crumbs until fully covered. Place it in the pan on top of spaghetti sauce.

Repeat steps until all chicken is in the pan. Left over mozzarella can be placed on top whole or grated and spread on top of chicken. Spoon remaining spaghetti sauce over chicken and sprinkle Kraft grated Parmesan cheese over entire dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
Notes
The best tasting spaghetti sauce with this recipe will include garlic and onions.
