Makes: 2-3 servings Total Time: 2 hr
Category: Dinner Entrees Sub Category: Pork Entrees

what you need
  • Baby back or spare ribs
  • Lawry's Seasoned Salt
  • Baking bag
  • BBQ sauce
make it
Clean the ribs under water and pat dry. Cut into 2-4 rib pieces. Season with Lawry's Seasoned salt to taste. Place ribs into baking bag and close.

Place in a 350 degrees F oven and let bake for 1-1 1/2 hours until ribs are tender.

Remove from oven and place on plate. Cover with BBQ sauce and place on hot grill. Grill on each side for 3-5 minutes, depending on the heat of the grill. Turn and repeat on the other side. This is simply for the BBQ taste. Remove and serve.
Notes
Baking instead of boiling maintains the full flavor of the meat compared to boiling the flavor away. The fat from the ribs is removed in cooking and remains in the bag. Cleanup is a snap and the ribs are tender and flavorful.
