what you need
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 cup quick cook oats
- 1/4 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 3/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 Tbsp. onion
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- Glaze:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Start by mixing the ground beef, oats, salt, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion, egg, and the 2 Tbsp. brown sugar together. Place mixture into loaf baking pan.
Cook at 400 degrees F for 45 minutes.
While loaf is in oven, mix the glaze ingredients. After 45 minutes, cover the top of the meatloaf with the glaze. Apply liberally. Place loaf back into oven for 25 minutes.
