what you need
  • 3 pounds hamburger
  • Minced garlic to taste
  • Onion powder to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • Pinch of sugar
make it
Put beef in mixing bowl and season to taste with garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Please note that powdered garlic can be used in place of minced. Mix well. Place meat in loaf pan. Have oven preheated to 400 degrees.

Open can of tomato sauce and pour about half on top of meatloaf, make sure top of meat is just covered by sauce. Sprinkle with pinch of sugar.

Bake in the oven for approximately one hour to one hour and twenty minutes. While baking check periodically and add more tomato sauce if you would like.
