what you need
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 lg. onion, chopped, divided
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder (or to taste)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 lg. can Wolf Chili
- 24 tortillas
- 1 lg. pkg. shredded cheese
make it
Brown beef in skillet with taco seasoning, 1/4 of onion, garlic powder, chili powder, and sugar. When browned add can of chili; heat thoroughly.
Take a tortilla and add about 2 Tbsp. beef, onion, and cheese. Then roll it up like a burrito. Place open side down in 9x13 pan. Repeat until mixture only has about 1 1/2 cups left. Spread mixture on top of tortillas. Add rest of onion and cheese.
Place in preheated oven and cook at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
