what you need
  • Cream Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. chocolate chips
  • Cake Mixture
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
make it
Mix first cream cheese mixture, add chocolate chips set aside. Mix dry cake mixture ingredients. Add wet ingredients; mix well. Batter will be thin.

Fill cupcake pans with liners. Fill 1/3 full of Cake Mixture. Add Tbsp. of Cream Cheese Mixture into each cupcake.

Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until top of cupcake is golden brown.
