Extreme Cookie Dough Brownies

what you need
  • Brownies:
  • 1 package (15.9 oz) Pillsbury Fudge Supreme Chocolate Extreme Premium Brownie Mix
  • 1/3 cup Crisco oil
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg
  • Filling:
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup Pillsbury Best all purpose flour
  • Topping 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon Crisco oil

1. Preheat oven to 350° F. for metal or glass pan. For dark coated pan, set your oven to 325°F. Combine ingredients for brownie mix, stir 50 strokes with spoon and spread in greased pan (recommend to use cooking spray). Allow brownies to bake for no longer than 30-35 minutes. Let brownies cool down completely.

2. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, sugar, and margarine: beat until light and fluffy. Add milk and vanilla; blend well. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup. Add flour; mix well. Spread over cooled brownies.

3. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and oil. Microwave on medium for 1 or 2 minutes or until chocolate is just melted; stir until smooth. Carefully spoon topping over filling; spread to cover. Refrigerate 30 minutes cut into bars. Store loosely in covered refrigerator.
