what you need
- 6 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1 pkg (1 oz.) Jell-O instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 prepared reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust (9")
- 1 can (20 oz.) light cherry pie filling
make it
1. In blender, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and milk. Process to mix thoroughly. Place in large bowl. Stir in pudding mix. Pour mixture in crust and smooth the top. Top with pie filling.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
This is a wonderful fat-free sugar-free recipe for a dieter's sweet tooth or a diabetic's sweet tooth.
