Favorite Tater Tot Casserole

what you need
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cans cream of "something" soup (mushroom, cheddar cheese, chicken)
  • 1 can SANTIAM green beans, drained
  • 1 bag WESTPAC tater tots
  • 2 cups Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese to cover top of casserole
make it
Brown and drain meat. Stir in soups and green beans.

Layer tater tots in 9x13-inch pan. Pour meat/soup mixture evenly over the tater tots. Top with the shredded cheese.

Bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes till tater tots are done and cheese is melted.
Notes
I usually use 1 can of Campbell's cheddar cheese and 1 reduced fat mushroom or chicken for the other can of soup. The nacho cheese soup really spiced it up last time. My kids absolutely love this comfort food.
