what you need
  • Take 1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix and 1/3 cup Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise and mix and match your recipe from these options:
  • 2 cans (6 oz. each) salmon, drained, skin and bones discarded
  • Add in choices:
  • 3 Tbsp. Kraft tartar sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 cup Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Claussen Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 cup Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Barbecue Sauce
  • Vegetable possibilites:
  • Finely chopped celery
  • Chopped green onion
  • Shredded carrots

Mix together stuffing mix and 3/4 cup water, mayonnaise, fish, add-ins and 1/2 cup vegetables. Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes.

Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Shape 1/3 cupfuls of the mixture into patties: add to skillet in batches.

Cook 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown on both sides, turning carefully.
