Fluffy Key Lime Lite Pie

what you need
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Key lime juice
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
make it
In large bowl, beat milk and lime juice with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and thickened. Fold in whipped topping.

Spoon mixture into pie crust.

Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour or until set. Store in refrigerator.

I've made it over and over again just used more lime juice than the recipe calls for because some of the people I make it for like it more tart. My niece she's 2 is allergic to eggs so she can't eat regular cake. I made this for her grandmother, she tried it and loves it. Now she says auntie will you make me a cake pie. It's quick and easy. they eat it frozen.
