Fresh Take Meatloaf

what you need
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • Bacon drippings
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 lb. ground beef
  • 1 package Kraft Fresh Take Cheddar, Jack and Bacon

Saute onions in a bit of bacon drippings until just translucent.

Blend the egg, ketchup and Worcestershire together in a large bowl. Add ground beef and onions...squish with your hands. Toss in the Kraft Fresh Take packets...both of them! Mix well and place into a roasting pan and pat into shape.

Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F for about 1 hour. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
This is a dense loaf that is great for meatloaf sandwiches!
