what you need
- 25 fresh chicken wings
- 2 cups Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 Tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 sticks butter/margarine, melted
make it
Grease a baking sheet with Pam non-stick spray. Preheat oven to 425°F.
Make sure chicken wings are dry. Mix parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley flakes in a shallow dish. Dip each wing in the melted butter, tap off excess. Roll in the cheese mixture until coated. Place on pre-greased baking sheet. Discard any extra mixture.
Bake in oven for 45-60 minutes, depending on how well you like your wings cooked. Cheese mixture will turn a golden brown color when done.
Notes
Try to keep your hands very clean and dry. The cheese mixture is extremely sticky. You will end up with the mixture all over your hands, or use tongs, but it does rub off the coating of cheese.
Your kitchen will smell like garlic bread is baking in the oven. They are very tender and flavorful.
