German Apple Cake

what you need
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup salad oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • Nuts (optional)
make it
Beat eggs until foamy. Add salad oil and beat well. Add all the dry ingredients and vanilla; mix well. Mix in the apples--don't cut up the apples finely-- keep in chunks. You can add nuts if you desire.

Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
