what you need
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger root
- 8 chicken breasts, cut bite size
make it
Mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic (put through garlic press, or chop finely) and ginger root (grate or chop finely).
Add chicken, and marinate in fridge for at least 3 hours.
Skewer chicken pieces and bake in 375°F oven for 20-25 minutes.
Notes
I like to make this in the morning, and let it marinate in the fridge while I'm at work.
This is the dish all of my friends beg for when they come for dinner.
