Ginny’s Hash Brown Breakfast Casserole

what you need
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 5 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 lb. hash browns (thawed)
  • 2 lb. sausage cooked (salt & pepper)
  • 2 lb. Velveeta
make it
Mix eggs & milk.

Layer 1/2 the hash browns, 1/2 sausage, 1/2 eggs 1/2 cheese & repeat.

Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
Have hash browns thawed to room temp.

Sausage is cooked and set to room temp.
