Makes: 2 cups Total Time: 10 min
Category: Sauces/Marinades Sub Category: Sauces and Marinades

what you need
  • 1/2 cup Smucker's low sugar/sugar free grape jelly
  • 1/2 cup Heinz low sodium ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. A.1. Steak Sauce
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
make it
Measure grape jelly and put in a large measuring cup. Stir until somewhat
smooth (some lumps are ok).

Add ketchup, A.1. Steak Sauce and olive oil. Mix together until somewhat smooth.
Notes
This is great to make BBQ ribs, chicken or chops. Just pour over meat in your favorite casserole or baking dish and cook at 350 degrees for one hour.

It is also very tasty with mini meatballs. We call them "Sweet-ish Meatballs." Make meatballs as you usually would, make a double batch of BBQ sauce, pour over mealballs and lightly stir to coat meatballs. Bake in a covered casserole dish at 350 for one hour.
