Grandma's Chow Mein Casserole

what you need
  • 1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken with wild rice soup
  • 1 cup rice (brown or white), uncooked
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 can chow mein noodles, divided
make it
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cooked ground beef, soups, rice, soy sauce and 1/2 can of chow mein noodles.

Put in casserole dish.

Bake 20 minutes. Add rest of chow mein noodles during the last 10 minutes.
I serve this with Strawberry Jell-O with bananas & a wheat roll.
