Grandma's Italian Garlic Corn

what you need
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 16 oz. frozen corn
  • Garlic salt to taste
make it
Soften cream cheese in microwave.

Heat a sucepan to med. on the stove. Add milk, softened cream cheese, and butter. Stir often, if it is too hot it will burn.

Once melted, add corn, heat to when it bubbles, then turn it down to low, add garlic salt to taste.
Everyone loves this recipe, especially at Thanksgiving, and Christmas!
