Great Grandma's Rhubarb Pie

Makes: 8 servings Total Time: 1 hr 30 min

what you need
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 8 stalks rhubarb, cut into 1 inch lengths
  • 1 pie crust - for double 9 inch deep dish pie
  • Additional sugar to sprinkle on top crust
make it
Mix eggs, sugar and flour together.

Pour egg mixture over rhubarb in the pie pan lined with crust. Cover with top crust. Sprinkle sugar on top crust.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about one hour.
Notes
This recipe has been handed down from my great-grandmother and is liked by everyone who has ever tasted it, even a few who said that they did not like rhubarb!
