what you need
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 slice Kraft Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
make it
Heat pan to make grilled cheese sandwich to med. hot. Place cheese on one slice bread.

Use 1/2 Tbsp. mayo to coat outside of bread slice; use the mayo in place of butter or oleo. Place the last slice of bread on top, and again use 1/2 Tbsp. of mayo on the outside of the bread.

Place on a med. hot skillet. Turn when golden brown. Cook on both sides.
I have been using this method of making grilled cheese for many years and my family and friends love the crispness of the bread, and the taste is great.

Be careful to make sure the pan is med. hot or the bread will not have the texture that you want. This only works with real mayo and does not work with low fat mayo.
