what you need
- 3 lb. small red potatoes, halved
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 large yellow sweet pepper, chopped
- 1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, diced
- 1-1/4 cups grape cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 lb. fresh Kraft Mozzarella, cubed
- 3/4 Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano

Drizzle potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.
Grill potatoes, covered, over medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
Place potatoes in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Serve warm with bread sticks.
Notes
You can add slices of sirloin or chicken to give it zip.
