Grilled Greek Hot Potato Salad

what you need
  • 3 lb. small red potatoes, halved
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 large yellow sweet pepper, chopped
  • 1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1-1/4 cups grape cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 lb. fresh Kraft Mozzarella, cubed
  • 3/4 Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano
make it
Drizzle potatoes with oil, salt, and pepper; toss to coat.

Grill potatoes, covered, over medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until tender.

Place potatoes in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Serve warm with bread sticks.
You can add slices of sirloin or chicken to give it zip.
