Grilled Soy/Sesame Chicken Wings

what you need
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 2 lb. chicken wings, split and trimmed
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 1/2 tsp. Hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, chopped
make it
1. Mix soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
2. Marinate chicken wings for 15 min. stirring often.
3. Grill, covered, over medium heat until golden, 10-15 minutes. Turn often.
4. In small bowl, combine honey and Hoisin sauce.
5. Using a pastry brush, generously glaze wings with honey and Hoisen sauce.
6. Continue to grill, turning often, until glaze starts to caramelize, about 5 minutes more. Be careful not to burn glaze.
7. Transfer to a platter and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
