Ground Turkey Spinach Lasagna Bake

what you need
  • 1- 1/2 lb. ground turkey
  • 9 pieces lasagna pasta noodles regular or whole wheat (for 3 layers)
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 2 cups each cheddar (mild/sharp), Colby, Monterey Jack cheeses
  • 2 jars (10 oz. each) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can (13.5/14 oz.) spinach
make it
Brown the turkey in large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through
Bring 8 cups water in a large pot to a rapid boil. Add pasta noodles and cook 15-20 minutes.

Layer the bottom of a 9x9-inch casserole dish with one layer of pasta noodles. Layer the American slices (only on bottom layer). Spread the ground turkey, spinach and either Colby, Monterey Jack or cheddar cheeses. Pour over sauce. Repeat for final layers.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
