what you need
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 lb. Hot pork sausage
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Onion power & garlic power to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 lb, Velveeta Cheese
- 1 to 2 loafs party rye bread (that are about 2-inches x 2-inches)
make it
Cook hamburger and Hot pork sausage together. Add seasonings while cooking. Drain off grease and put cubed Velveeta Cheese into pan and start heating. Mix in the meat as everything start heating. Melt the cheese into the meat and mix well.
Take off the heat and start putting onto the party rye bread (about a teaspoon on each). Let cool on a cookie pan.
Then they can be put under a broiler to brown. Don't cook these until you are ready to eat.
Notes
These are a great party food or any time food can be frozen in a storage bag and heated up in a microwave oven. These can be made ahead and kept in freezer.
