Healthy Banana Bread

what you need
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup sugar (1/2 cup sugar + 1/2 cup brown sugar)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
make it
Mash bananas, Stir in the rest of the ingredients in order.

Grease loaf pans. Pour mixture into pans.

Bake for 325 degrees for 1 hour (25-30 minutes for mini loaf pans). Check after 50 minutes for doneness.
