Healthy Pasta Salad

what you need
  • 1 box (16 oz.) rotini or penne pasta
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 small green bell pepper
  • 1 small red bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 small/medium tomato (optional)
  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper Italian dressing
  • 1 bottle Light Done Right Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 4 tablespoons McCormick Salad Supreme Season (estimated)
make it
1. Set large pot of water on high heat to start boiling. Once water starts to boil, add a dash of salt and pasta.

2. While the water is preparing to boil and the pasta cooking, chop vegetables into desired size.

3. Once pasta is finished cooking, run under cool water. Drain and put into large bowl. Add all the vegetables besides the chopped tomato. Pour roasted red pepper dressing into the pasta and toss. Then add most of the bottle of the Light Done Right Zesty Italian Dressing (you want it really soaked) and 4 tablespoons or so of the salad supreme seasoning. Mix well.

4. Let set overnight in the refrigerator.
I make this in bulk and it doesn't last but a few days...everyone loves it!
