what you need
  • 1 Tbsp. creamy/crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced
make it
SPREAD peanut butter evenly onto one slice of bread toast.

TOP with bananas. Cover with another slice of bread

TOAST with sandwichmaker for 6-10 minutes.
Round Out The Meal - Serve with a tall glass of cold fat free milk.
