what you need
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup pecans or sliced almonds
  • Craisins or chopped dates
make it
Blend butter, cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add cream. Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Add pecans and fruit.

Spread on a dough board or cookie sheet and pat out. Cut with biscuit (or pizza) cutter. Place pieces on a cookie sheet sprayed with oil.

Bake at 400 degrees for 13 minutes.
These are good without the cream cheese too.
