Hoisin - Lime Salmon

what you need
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Four 6-ounce center cut salmon fillets
  • 1/2 lime
  • Coarse salt & fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
make it
1. Preheat broiler with rack set 4 inches away from heat. In a small bowl, stir together hoisin sauce and honey. Set aside.

2. Spray broiler pan with non-stick spray. Place salmon on sheet, skin down. Squeeze lime juice evenly over salmon; season with salt & pepper. Place under broiler & cook for 5 minutes. Remove from oven & drizzle each fillet with 2 teaspoons hoisin - honey sauce each. Return to broiler for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with scallions.
