Homemade Chicken Pot Pie

what you need
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 1/3 block Velveeta
  • 1 box Jiffy pie mix
make it
Boil chicken for 20 min. Mix the veggies, cream of chicken soup & mayo together in a large bowl. Cut chicken and Velveeta into bite size pieces and add to mix.

Roll half pie crust out for bottom and place in pie pan. Add the chicken mixture and cover with top pie crust. Press edges of crust together with fork and cut 3 slits in top crust.

Bake at 375 degrees F for about 20-25 min or until crust is golden brown.
