Honey-Garlic Pork Tenderloin Slices

what you need
  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 1 jar honey-garlic marinade
  • Dip:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
make it
Marinate tenderloins in honey-garlic sauce overnight in the fridge. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Pat tenderloin dry and place on foil lined baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes. Slice thinly.

Dip: In a small bowl mix mayonnaise with honey mustard and ginger powder. Serve alongside pork slices.
Notes
This is a super easy appetizer recipe. It's a hit at my office!
