Hot Shrimp Dip

what you need
  • 1 loaf Italian bread
  • 2 cups cooked, peeled and deveined shrimp (1 pound)
  • 2 cups Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 2 cups Kraft Mayonnaise

Begin by hollowing out bread - reserve extra bread and break into dipping size pieces.

Break shrimp into small pieces and place into mixing bowl. Add the cheese, diced onion and mayonnaise - mix well.

Place mixture into hollowed out bread and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, or until just golden and bubbling.

Serve with extra pieces from hollowed out bread, and as the pieces run out just break the bread apart and enjoy!
You can serve this dip on a pretty platter or in a basket. The best part is when the dipping pieces run out and everyone begins to pull apart the hollowed out baked bread - YUM!

Note - over cooking will cause cheese and mayonnaise to separate.
