Hot Summer Veggie Pasta Salad

what you need
  • 1 lb. rotini pasta (bowtie or penne work well, too)
  • 1 lb. fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1 lb. grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper, seeded and cut in strips (about 1-1/2" long)
  • 1 can (16 oz.) black olives, sliced
  • 3/4 cup Kraft Seven Seas Creamy Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
make it
Cook pasta accordng to package directions, drain.

Immediately add spinach to the hot pasta and toss until it starts to wilt.

Add remaining ingredients, toss thoroughly and serve hot.
This colorful, healthy dish is so easy and is a hit with my family! Try other veggies, too, such as thinly sliced zuchinni or fresh mushrooms.

Rated  by Laura0568 on 5/21/2009 This recipe sounds really good. . HOWEVER, I cant find the Creamy Italian Salad Dressing... I want to make this recipe and just eat it as a dip.. What the heck Ive seen soooo many people wanting this particular dressing.. I guess I dont get it. WHY> give up a good thing... PLEASE get it back. My friends son used to dip it with everything, I mean everything. I cant find it anywere??? Please bring it back!
