what you need
  • 2 cups onions, diced
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 pints tomatoes, stewed (canned or frozen)
  • 32 oz. tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 tsp. white vinegar
  • 3 or 4 cups hot peppers, diced, use all seeds
make it
Simmer all ingredients 30-45 minutes, or until thick.

Ladle into pint jars, seal and invert under dry towels.
